Our Strategy to Make That Happen |

Foster a grassroots movement to bring order and predictability to the world of operations-driven design, using courses and consulting activity worldwide and supported by word-of-mouth advertising. We will incorporate best-of-breed approaches to user-focused design, folding in lessons learned from commercial, military and academic proponents of user-centered system development. |
